Explorer® DHCT Tutorial

In an environment of constant employee turnover and new evolving technologies, how do you sustain product knowledge among your CSRs and Technicians?

New hires need to be brought up-to-speed quickly, while experienced personnel must have easy access to reference material when they need a quick reminder.

The Explorer® DHCT Tutorial can help keep your staff up-to-date on the DHCT and remote control functions that your customers want to know about. Developed as a supplement to our CSR and Technician training courses, the Explorer® DHCT Tutorial is a flexible and convenient training tool that can be used by Trainers:

  • To supplement training - use for new hires to get them started on their training track.
  • As an assessment tool - the Tutorial has review tests for each module, which can be used to determine if further study is required.
  • As refresher training - for those who need or want additional study.
  • As reference material - available on-line electronically for quick reference.

The Tutorial can be loaded onto your intranet or LAN for multiple user access (site license for up to 200 users).

Students may complete the interactive training modules at their own pace and convenience. Each module concludes with a short review to test the learner's understanding.

Our browser-based training tool helps users:

  • Navigate around the Interactive Program Guide (IPG), using a remote control
  • Use the remote control to set popular features
  • Recognize the similarities and differences between an analog and a digital remote control
  • Utilize either a Model ER1 Universal Remote Control or an AllTouch® 2000 Remote Control
  • View and become familiar with the General Settings and the Quick Settings Menus

Part Number: 740320.
