Leadership Development Program
Engineering Track
A two-year rotational program, the Engineering Leadership
Development Program (ELDP) provides the opportunity to excel
within a combination of engineering and business teams across the
organization. ELDP provides qualified individuals with a full-time
position that encourages broad exposure to the dynamic and
challenging engineering environment at Scientific-Atlanta, Inc.
Positions require well-rounded, highly-motivated and self-starting
individuals with a BS/MS in Computer or Electrical Engineering.
Semi-annual assessments of applicant’s career goals and expertise
will determine job responsibilities.
Typical engineering roles include:
- Digital Hardware Engineer
- Embedded Software Engineer
- Applications Software Engineer
- Manufacturing Engineer
- Field Engineer
Job assignments in product strategy, marketing and product
management are available for individuals looking to broaden their
scope of an engineering organization.
